Delaris Services Corp provides professional consulting services, including business consulting, operations support, project management support, public relations advisory, vendor coordination, digital business support, market research, administrative consulting, and related advisory services.
Because our services often involve time, research, planning, digital preparation, vendor coordination, and customized work, refund eligibility depends on the status of the service, the amount of work completed, and the terms agreed upon before the project begins.
2. General Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered when a client cancels before work has started or when Delaris Services Corp is unable to provide the agreed service.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed after a service has started, because consulting work may involve immediate time investment, research, planning, administrative preparation, vendor communication, digital setup, and resource procurement.
Each refund request is reviewed fairly and professionally.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
- The client cancels before any work has started.
- The service was paid for but not scheduled or delivered.
- Delaris Services Corp is unable to provide the agreed service.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- The client was charged incorrectly.
- A written refund agreement was made between the client and Delaris Services Corp.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Work has already started.
- Research, strategy, planning, or consultation time has already been provided.
- The client has received documents, reports, recommendations, project plans, or deliverables.
- Vendor coordination, software setup, administrative work, or procurement activity has already begun.
- The client fails to provide required information needed to complete the service.
- The client cancels after scheduled consultation time has been reserved.
- The service was completed according to the agreed scope.
- The payment was for a non-refundable deposit or retainer disclosed before purchase.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided when part of the service has not yet been completed. The refundable amount will be calculated based on the total amount paid, work already completed, time spent on consulting, research, planning, project coordination, third-party costs, administrative activity, and the remaining undelivered portion of the service.
6. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a service by contacting Delaris Services Corp in writing at jose@delarisservjd.com. Cancellation requests should include the client name, business name, service purchased, payment date, reason for cancellation, and supporting details.
7. Consulting Calls and Scheduled Appointments
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a consultation call, the client should notify Delaris Services Corp at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be non-refundable if time was reserved and the consultant was available for the appointment.
8. Retainers and Monthly Services
For monthly consulting retainers, clients may cancel future service periods by providing written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current service period may be non-refundable if work has started, consultation time has been reserved, or ongoing support has already been provided.
9. Project-Based Services
For project-based consulting services, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the project stage. If cancellation occurs after work has started, Delaris Services Corp may deduct the value of completed work, administrative time, research, planning, procurement, vendor coordination, and any third-party costs before issuing any approved refund.
10. Third-Party Costs and Business Purchases
Some consulting services may require Delaris Services Corp to purchase business tools, software, subscriptions, research access, vendor services, marketing resources, or other operational resources required to support the project. Third-party costs, vendor payments, digital subscriptions, software fees, advertising expenses, research platform fees, and other external expenses are generally non-refundable once purchased or committed.
11. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment method, card issuer, bank, or payment processor.
12. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Delaris Services Corp first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to reviewing billing concerns professionally and resolving valid issues whenever possible.
